My spouse and i installed this and the full system All Boss Music on a 98 Chevy ext cab (3 door) for a welcome home present for my husband(he was gone for the military). The original audio system are situated in the pickup truck towards the top by the back window. Very well those are 4x6. We cut a hole in the back door and on lack of in the same place. (Its only a door in one side) And i also just clipped the wire and put new wire running under the carpet. I drilled a hole in the aspect of the door and ran the wire up through the door seal off. I had developed to cut some metal too, not merely the plastic panels. You have to have something to mount the speaker to. Make foam in between the speaker and metallic or it could rattle. My spouse and i used the same loudspeaker for the trunk but in the 6 by 9 inch. I also have the Boss Bass800 Amplified Sub and the Boss BV7320 Receiver. That sounds absolutely amazing for a low cost system. If only I would have purchased a much better recipient as this one is difficult to wire in and i also still have not figured out ways to get the video to work. We also can't use the aux cables but Now i'm assuming its the same reason that the online video won't work. I attempted contacting customer service but I always get put on hold and I actually left a message a couple times but never heard anything back. Gowns why it only gets 4 stars. POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
